Applications for 2020 clinical doctoral supervision are now closed. The next call is expected to open in April 2021.

The Crick offers the opportunity for exceptional clinicians to carry out a three-year doctoral clinical fellowship at the Crick, following the Crick's PhD programme. The PhD fellowships will either be Crick funded or Crick-CRUK funded with the clinicians being registered at one of Crick's partner institutions (Imperial, King's College London, UCL).

Fellows will have a Crick group leader as their primary supervisor and a secondary supervisor from a partner institution. Imperial staff have the opportunity to become a secondary supervisor for both the Crick and Crick-CRUK funded fellows. If neither supervisor has a clinical background, a practicing clinician must be identified to be part of the supervisory team or thesis committee to provide additional clinical career mentorship.
