About me:
Hsien-Yung is a research associate at Imperial College London and is now working with Professor Dario Farina in developing an actuated soft-exoskeleton glove to regain the hand motor function of stroke patients.
He completed his PhD study with Professor Etienne Burdet in 2019, with the research aimed at generating a subject-specific neuromuscular model for assisted lower-limb exoskeleton gait walking. To achieve the task, he developed a robotic interface named NED (Neuromechanics Evaluation Device) to conduct a rapid and smooth leg displacement in order to identify hip and knee joint biomechanics.
