Ke Wang

Ke Wang is a PhD student at the Robot Intelligence Lab, Imperial College London, working under the supervision of Dr Petar Kormushev. His research interests lie at the intersection of control theory and robotics, developing novel algorithms to control walking robots. During his PhD, Ke is working on the Robot Intelligence Lab's own bipedal walking robot - SLIDER.

Ke received a Masters degree in Robotics, Cognition and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich in 2016, and completed his Bachelor in Automotive Engineering at Tongji University, China in 2013.

In 2015, he worked as a student assistant at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Robotic and Mechatronic Institute, on motion planning for a mobile manipulator.

In 2016, he worked as a research assistant at Max Plank Institute of Intelligent Systems, Autonomous Motion Department, on learning a haptic feedback controller for a dexterous hand in simulation.

In 2021, Ke completed a research visit at the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics.
