During Summer 2016 Imperial College's senior leaders reinforced the need to measure the value of benefits that inflight and potential projects will contribute to the College’s vision for its Education, Research and Support Services to be world-class.

The Provost’s Board has delegated responsibility to the Transformation Investment Board (TIB) to deliver a portfolio of change projects and TIB will do this by:

  •  Matching investment and potential benefits in line with delivering the priorities of the:
    • The College Strategy 2015 - 2020
    • The Learning and Teaching Strategy
    • The Digital Strategy
    • The emerging Research Strategy
    • The ICT Strategy
    • The vision for Academic and Professional Support Services (PIF)
  • Having oversight of College-wide change projects to ensure coordination of relevant support service enablers
  • Via devolved Programme Boards, monitoring project delivery and benefits realisation
  • Ensuring the retention of quality standards for research and education are maintained and, ideally, improved in the introduction of new resource and time efficient operating models and processes in line with Operational Excellence principles
