Faculty Support teams are located at building sites across College campuses and are on hand to respond to local needs of staff and students.

Reporting a fault or placing a request via the ICT Service Desk reporting system will assign your issue to your appropriate faculty support team, if local support is needed. To report a fault or problem, contact the ICT Service Desk.

Faculty Support teams also run local drop-in sessions in buildings across campuses so you can pop in to get help. The teams also support local student inductions and are always happy to help with general advice and guidance, armed with their significant knowledge and understanding of IT use and requirements across different areas of College.
