Service Line Managers
Engaging with business requirements and emerging market trends to inform the assembly of a service roadmap, Service Line Managers oversee services grouped into service line categories: education, research, business support and infrastructure.
Service Line Architects
A team of Architecture specialists are responsible for planning and designing service line roadmaps to deliver strategic and operational requirements.
Digital Partners collaborate closely with stakeholders across Imperial College London's faculties and departments to collate business requirements and translate this information to the teams responsible for service line delivery.
