Staff member with a student The Student System (OSS) is used to manage the information of Imperial College London students and offers access to student data from Applicant through to Graduand. It is restricted for authorised use and predominantly accessed by the Registry and academic and administrative staff in academic departments. Modules available include:

  • Admissions;
  • eAdmissions;
  • Records;
  • Examinations;
  • Student Finance;
  • Graduation.
