You are welcome to use your personal computers and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) to access the College network and IT facilities, whether on campus or from a remote location. We have enabled many of our services to function with personal machines, including our printing and email services. If you wish to access your College account and files, we provide multiple ways of accessing the College network remotely, including Remote Desktop Gateway (RDG) and Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Additionally, we provide a free laptop surgery to diagnose and treat problems that arise with your computer or device. Book an appointment with the Laptop surgery by contacting the ICT Service Desk.
When connecting to our network on campus or remotely from your personal computer or device, or using any of our IT facilities, including email and printing, you are bound by the College's Conditions of use of IT facilities policy.
