You can send documents from your mobile device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) to an public Imperial College London printer using the web method (Mobile Printing portal). View a list of document types that can be printed this way.

Which devices work with this method?

You can use this if you are using your laptop (with a full operating system e.g. Windows, Linux or Mac OS) or an Android mobile device (smartphone or tablet). Devices using iOS and Windows mobile operating systems are not supported, so you should use the email method instead: Printing from a smartphone or tablet.

Use the mobile printing portal to print...

Documents

  1. Go to https://ictprintservice.imperial.ac.uk/
  2. Select Web print – black and white for black and white printing or Web print - colour for colour printing.
  3. Enter your College username and password and click Login.
  4. Use the Browse button to navigate to the document you wish to print.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Wait until the status of your print job has changed to Printed.
  7. Go to an swipe card printer.
  8. Swipe your College ID card to login.
  9. Select Pull Print.
  10. Choose the document you wish to print and tap Print.
  11. Collect your document and press Sign Out.

Webpages

  1. Go to https://ictprintservice.imperial.ac.uk/
  2. Select Web print – black and white for black and white printing or Web print - colour for colour printing.
  3. Enter your College username and password and click Login.
  4. Enter the web address of the webpage you wish to print.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Follow steps 5-10 above for printing documents.

Notes

Webpages are opened locally so boarding cards, tickets and other webpages that require specific login details may not print as expected.
