What is Clutter?
The Clutter function filters your low-priority emails. The server keeps track of the emails you read and those you don't and automatically sorts the latter into a separate folder, called Clutter. Find out more about Clutter on the Microsoft website.
Clutter filters advertising emails and those from mailing lists, as well as those emails that you don't read quickly or open fully.
You can train Clutter to learn which emails to filter by opening those you want to keep (rather than viewing them in the preview pane) and reading them soon after they are delivered. Move emails that you wish Clutter to filter by moving them to the Clutter folder manually.
Clutter and other email rules
Clutter filters your emails after rules that you have created have been applied, so it should not interfere with existing email rules.
