To set up a BlackBerry 10 check your Office 365 email account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings on your device.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Choose Email, Calendar and Contacts.
4. Select Advanced at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select Microsoft Exchange Activesync.
6. Enter the following information:

  • Description: a description of this account (eg. Imperial)
  • Domain: Leave blank
  • Username: Your College username followed by @ic.ac.uk (eg. jb12@ic.ac.uk)
  • Email Address: Your full College email address (eg. j.bloggs12@imperial.ac.uk)
  • Password: Your College password.
  • Server address: outlook.office365.com

7. Press Next. Select what you wish to sync and press Done.

Your email account is now ready to use.
