Download Panopto recordings

Please note that your Course Leader or Tutor will need to enable sessions to be downloaded at folder level. If you cannot download a session, please contact your Course Leader or Tutor.

Instructions

Download a single session

To download a single session, follow these steps:
1.    Go to the Imperial Panopto page
2.    Select ic.ac.uk from the Login using menu.
3.    Enter your College username and password.
4.    Search for and then click on the session that you would like to download. It will open in a new window.
5.    Select the downward grey arrow in the top right of the screen. This will save the recording to your local device.  

Download multiple sessions from the same folder

To download multiple sessions from the same folder, follow these steps:

1.    Go to the Imperial Panopto page
2.    Select ic.ac.uk from the Login using menu.
3.    Enter your College username and password.
4.    Select a folder that you have access to enter the server. Folders you have access to will be displayed on the left of screen.
5.    Click on the orange RSS dropdown menu in the top right hand corner and select Subscribe to RSS.   
6.    Right click on a recording name and select Save Link As… You will then be prompted to save the file on your device for viewing at your convenience.
