This practical training will benefit those who are working with flammable substances in labs and workshops based on risk assessment:

Essential Information

All College participants must complete the mandatory e-learning course Fire Safety and Awareness Training before attendance. The workshop is dependent on weather conditions. 
The Fire Office will also run Fire Wardens Training as part of the Fire Safety Policy.

Further information

The course is often run to cater to staff working in particular departments, divisions, and buildings in the College. Additional training sessions are also held upon request, e.g. for Residences staff during the Easter and summer vacations.
