6 Month Reports
As part of the College precepts on postgraduate training all students are required to complete a sixth monthly report in collaboration with their supervisor. Download six monthly report forms from Sharepoint.
If you have any difficulties, either with your research or with personal matters, the first contact would be your supervisor, but if for any reason you would prefer not to talk with your supervisor, you can contact either your mentor or the Director of Postgraduate Research, Dr Peter Vincent .
Students can also submit a confidential report to the Director of Postgraduate Research if they wish to do so.
Professional Skills Development
All research students are expected to complete the Graduate School Professional Skills Development Programme as part of their PhD registration. Please refer to the Graduate School website for full details.
Students are responsible for choosing the dates of the courses they wish to attend and completing the required booking process in consultation with their supervisor. All students are responsible for informing their supervisors which courses they will be attending and the dates.
