Records Committee (1934 - 1956)

The Records Committee of Imperial College was established in 1934 to organise the collection of College archives. The committee established a muniment room in 1937 as a repository for the collected materials. The Records Committee was replaced by the College Archives in 1956.

Location: South Kensington Campus, Exhibition Road, London SW7 2AZ. The actual location of the muniment room is unknown but is thought to have been in one of the older buildings demolished in the 1960s.
