Audit Committee
The Audit Committee of the Council of Imperial College London was established to review the effectiveness of the College's financial procedures, to examine and comment on the annual accounts and the external auditors' reports, to monitor the scope and effectiveness of the Internal Audit Service, to advise the Council on matters relating to the work and appointment of auditors, and to report at least annually to the Council on the adequacy of the College's internal financial systems.
