The School of Etiquette was established by a management consultant and an investment banker to help young professionals and students acquire vital life skills needed to deal with everyday situations and make them more effective. With an increasingly competitive job market, the consistent feedback from employers, is that soft skills are often making that precious difference.

Courses can be customised to meet an organisation’s requirements and can be delivered either at the client’s premises or at a Central London location. We also run regular courses for individuals.

The training is led by Lt. Col (Dr) Ian Daniell, who after commanding a regiment in the British Army, became the Chairman of the Interim Management Association (being awarded the first professional doctorate in this discipline). He is also a Past Master of a City Livery Company and has extensive experience in training young executives.

Ian is supported by Satjit Singh who is a management consultant with rich experience of working in the UK, Europe, South Asia, Middle East and China. He has
