Recruiter in Residence sessions can take place throughout the academic year, and are a great way to meet students interested in your industry or company on a one to one basis.


Process for setting up a session

How to arrange a Recruiter in Residence session

Book a session by contacting Robert Carpenter (Employer Liaison Manager) by email or by calling on +44 (0)20 7594 8030.  You will be able to discuss your requirements, dates and times, and, once agreed, book a room.

Recruiter in Residence costs

Costs are based on the hiring of the room, you can choose from:

  • Half day (up to 3.5 hours) for £60 + VAT 
  • Full day (up to 7 hours) for £120 + VAT

Promoting your session

To ensure maximum exposure, we would suggest booking your session(s) by the end of August. Doing so will ensure that your session(s) appear in our Career Choice publication, which is available to all students from the beginning of the academic year.

Student registration

To ensure that your session runs smoothly, the Careers Service organises a sign-up list and students register to attend at a time suitable for them. These students will then receive a reminder of their slot three working days before the session. The normal time allocated to each student is 15 minutes, but this can be discussed and adjusted when booking your session.
