Prices & Enrolment
Applicants should review below details carefully before proceeding to booking via the booking link on the relevant course-information page.
- Each course meets once per week for 50 minutes as per programme timetable
- Fees quoted are per one whole course (not per term) where courses run across two terms
- Three rate categories are in operation (please see below) and the correct rate category must be selected on the enrolment portal when booking
- Payment in installments is not available and course fees must therefore be paid in full at the time of enrolment
There is no enrolment deadline however we encourage enrolment no later than 5 days prior to the start of term
- Main Programme (20 weeks) enrolment starts 1 September for courses running October to March
- New Year Programme (20 weeks) enrolment starts 19 November for courses running January to July
- Summer Programme (10 weeks) enrolment starts 1 March for courses running April/ May to July

Particularly for language-course enrolments, where applicable we strongly advise seeking level advice from the relevant language coordinator prior to enrolment.
Terms & Conditions
You must read our and indicate your acceptance of the same as part of the enrolment process. The parental consent form mentioned in our policy on the enrolment of minors must be downloaded, completed and emailed to us by the parent or guardian at the time of enrolment.

Once enrolment has opened, applicants can enrol & pay for their course via the Imperial College eStore. A booking link can be found on the course-information page however please first read below instructions.
Booking a place is easy - simply go to the relevant course-information page and click on the blue booking link at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to the Imperial College eStore where the correct rate category must be selected. The rate categories are explained above.
If you are a first-time eStore user you will first need to create an account by typing in your email address and choosing a password. This account can then be reused for future bookings.
Once you are logged into the eStore there is a short questionnnaire to be completed. This includes selecting your desired course on a drop-down menu. You cannot finish your booking without completing the questionnnaire.
The table below explains the type, timing and purpose of the email notifications each applicant can expect to receive following completion of their enrolment & payment.

Alternative ways to enrol
If you are able to use the internet to make payment with your debit or credit card, we welcome enrolments sent to us online. Applicants who cannot or do not wish to enrol & pay online please ring 020 7594 8756 for assistance after web enrolment has started.
Certificate of Attendance
Students who have attended a minimum of 80% of the sessions are eligible for a certificate of attendance to be issued by the teacher in the final class. Certificates not collected in class are only stored in the Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication for a limited time, therefore if you want to collect your certificate please do so without delay.
