In a busy and frantic world it is good to know that there is a place to stop, be still.
Everyone in the College community is welcome to use the Chaplaincy Meditation and Prayer Room to find a calm space on campus.
The room is generally open for personal use each day, but it might be used for meditation groups some lunch times.
As Chaplains we know from our own personal experience that developing a meditation practice and doing meditative prayer is not always easy. So we have several weekly groups offering Mindfulness Meditation as well as Christian and Buddhist Meditation. Sometimes it helps to join others and let someone else keep an eye on the watch.
