College Intranet launched

SPECTRUM, the new College intranet, went live last week, as trailed in the last issue of Staff Reporter.

The site is currently more than 2,700 pages and represents a huge step forward in the provision of a 'one stop shop' for staff and students to find information about life and work at the College.

New features such as the 'Services A-Z' aim to make it easier to navigate the sections.

In line with the College's new web guidelines, Spectrum uses templates and design standards which meet the accessibility requirements of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act and the Disability Discrimination Act.

Further development work is planned, with input from staff and student focus groups.
