Smiles on their faces

Imperial staff and chemistry and biology PhD students with smiles on their faces - Jodie Waterhouse, programme development officer with Exscitec, Mags Christie, Exscitec mentor and Institute of Cancer Research programme development officer, and Annalisa Massara, widening participation project officer, put the finishing touches to their gowns. "It's a combination of 13 years' sweat and tears but we don't regret it for a minute. Now we're just waiting for the champagne," they announced before attending the postgraduate awards ceremony in the Royal Albert Hall.
