Dr Helen Cox
Dr. Helen Cox is a Consultant in Paediatric Allergy and Immunology at St. Mary's Hospital Paddington where she is on of the lead clinicians. Although her work encompasses all aspects of paediatric allergy, her major area of interest is in the young child with severe eczema. She was previously involved in research into the genetics of atopic eczema and is currently participating in the NICE guideline development for atopic eczema in children.

Dr Catherine Hardman
Catherine Hardman has been a Consultant Dermatologist at St Mary's since 1999 and is clinical lead for the Paediatric Dermatology service. She has an interest in the role of allergy in eczema. Catherine and Helen Cox, Consultant Paediatric Allergist at St Mary's, set up one of the first Combined Paediatric Allergy/Dermatology clinics in the country. This clinic offers a specialist multidisciplinary approach to the management of children with severe eczema. She sees a broad spectrum of adults and children in her clinical practice.

Dr Claudia Gore
Claudia Gore is currently practicing as a consultant paediatric allergist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS trust in London. She trained in paediatric medicine in the North West and in paediatric allergy in London. She did her research under the auspices of Professor Adnan Custovic at the University of Manchester and was awarded her PhD in 2006 for work on: "Atopic dermatitis in early childhood - effect of probiotic intervention, role of gastrointestinal permeability and microflora & quality of life implications".

Dr Rita Mirakian
Dr Mirakian is a Specialist in Immunology and Allergy. She works as a Consultant in Allergy at the Addenbrooke's University Hospital (Cambridge) and at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital (London). As a member of the Standard of Care Committee for the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI), she contributes to the national guidelines for the management of allergic conditions. Her main clinical interests are related to the diagnosis and management of Drug Allergy and the management of Rhinosinusitis. She is currently involved in a study related to the effects of Aspirin desensitisation on the management of Aspirin sensitive chronic respiratory conditions."

Dr Sarah Wakelin
Dr Sarah Wakelin is a consultant dermatologist at St Mary's Hospital, where she runs a dedicated clinic for investigation of contact dermatitis and allergic skin diseases. Formerly, she was Senior Registrar in the contact dermatitis and occupational skin disease department at St John's Institute of Dermatology.
Her other area of special interest is adult medical dermatology and therapeutics. She is a committee member of the British Society for Contact Dermatitis and has written two dermatology text books and a hand book on eczema for the lay public.

Dr Robert Sarkany
Dr Robert Sarkany is the Head of Photodermatology Unit at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and was responsible for setting up the National Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP) Service in 2010. He previously worked as a consultant dermatologist at St George's Hospital and the Mayday Hospital.

Dr Sarkany’s specialist interest include; Photodermatology, Cutaneous porphyria and Xeroderma pigmentosum.
