CPD Forum Workshop
Models for staffing, support and development of CPD activities in higher education institutions
1 December 2016
Following on the success and feedback from the CPD Forum Conference 2016, the forum is hosting a follow-up workshop to look at optimal structures to support and manage CPD activities in higher education institutions (HEIs).
Lead by Sue Whittle, a consultant specialised in building and growing commercial activities for HEIs, this highly interactive workshop will look at different models of infrastructure (central, devolved and hybrid) in HEIs to support CPD activities.
Discussions will cover problems and solutions, funding models and good practice.
The afternoon session will run like a conversation café around themes suggested by the group.
