If it's your first Christmas after a bereavement, or you lost someone long ago, Christmas can be a particularly painful time. Perhaps you are mourning not being able to see your family, or having to come to terms with a very different Christmas from what you had hoped. We hope these resources will help you to cope with any grief you may be experiencing this Christmas.
This short film by Hope Again highlights the different emotions explored through a number of young people's personal journeys of grief and loss. More importantly, the young people describe how they now continue their loved ones legacy after receiving much needed support from Cruse/Hope Again. This film aims to provide hope in grief to anyone who has experienced a bereavement.
