Data driven comfort assessment
This research develops methods and tools to assess and predict aspects of user experience, e.g. emotional responses or comfort at early stages of design. Example research, in collaboration with GN Netcom, include a data driven model to identify archetypes who can then be used to assess comfort of design concepts (e.g. headphones). Impact practice by reducing the size of user testing groups needed, determining design dimension and developing assessment approaches to integrate within early design phases.
