What is the process for having a salary sacrifice suspended?

We will liaise with payroll to suspend current salary sacrifice from May 2020. Once up and running any future changes to salary sacrifice amounts will be communicated to parents individually.

How long will my refund take to process?

At this stage, we cannot say exactly when you will receive your refund. However, we will be working alongside Finance and Payroll to issue you with refunds as soon as resource allows, so please bear with us.

Do I need to settle my invoices if we're going to be refunded?

You should pay all outstanding invoices in order to bring your accounts up to date. Any outstanding balances up to the end of April will still need to be paid. This is in order to comply with our financial processes. 

Why are we not receiving a refund for College Closures?

We calculate our nursery fees annually, taking into consideration bank holidays, College closures and nursery training days which we don’t charge for. We then divide this total payment into equal monthly instalments instead of charging precise monthly rates. 

My child was due to start at Early Years, what will happen now?

We will contact you as soon as we are due to open and reschedule settling in days as planned.

What if I am unable to return to Early Years. What are the withdrawal procedures?

Our usual one-month notice period in writing still applies, after which your account is checked for any outstanding balances and your deposit is returned. If you withdraw, then choose to return, we cannot guarantee availability and you may be placed on a waiting list.
