Planon (with Outlook integration) is the College-wide system for making self-service meeting room bookings. Staff can simply invite rooms with which they are familiar to their Outlook meetings, or use Planon to find out about and book available rooms across College.
There is a rolling implementation plan underway that will eventually include all meeting rooms across the College. As rooms are introduced into the system, staff in the owning department also join the system. Departments that are sharing rooms gain access to the wider pool of shared rooms.
