Appoint Project Team

Following approval at Project Feasibility the Category Manager (Construction) will compile tender lists for external project team (to include Architect, Quantity Surveyor, M&E Engineer, Structural Engineer, Principal Designer, Supervisors and where required Project Manager). The appointment is initially to the end of Stage 1. Following the submission of the PID after feasibility and the approval for the project to proceed, the Consultant Team will be appointed up to Stage 6, with possible novation to the Main Contractor occurring at Stage 4.

Consultant Tender Analysis

Consultant tenders will be subject to internal review based on fee proposal, quality of submission (including relevant experience) and quality of tender interviews (where appropriate).

Consultant Appointments

Standard appointment documents will be signed and returned to the Category Manager (Construction).
