This is time set aside in the studio to give you time and space to follow your own personal fitness app programmes. The session will be unmanned (though regularly checked by the ALT) with limited equipment being available. An example of a personal fitness app is: “Joe Wicks–The Body Coach”.

Body Pump - strength and power
A cool way to work out to music whilst weight training using a barbell and step. If you want to tone your body like never before but can’t seem to get the results by yourself, this class is for you.
A different workout every week, the team will push you to your limits with interval speed work, medicine balls and weightlifting. If you enjoy training hard this class is for you.
Energia Boxing Fit
A boxing class like no other! Run by our Active Lifestyles Team the class has members completing interval shuttle runs combined with boxing on the pads. High intensity Rocky-style fitness: get ripped, get fit and have fun!
Energetic, fun and guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping. Not only will you have small group tuition but the class is brilliant for those looking for added motivation to work out. Classes include boxing, VIPR training and medicine ball workouts.
Hardcore workouts that will strengthen your body. The session looks to hit not only your abdominals but deep core muscles that help improve posture, flexibility and aids injury prevention. This class is open to all abilities as the instructor modify the sessions accordingly.
Working in short bursts of high intensity exercise the Active Lifestyles team will use functional training methods such as battle ropes, medicine balls and plyometrics in this intense workout.
A high energy class featuring a great soundtrack with motivating Instructors taking participants through a mixture of flats, hills and sprints while burning calories all the way! The class includes onscreen footage giving a unique virtual experience of riding various locations in the U.S. and Europe.
Energia Stretch and Core
The Active Lifestyle team take you through a relaxing mobility stretch focusing on improving your overall movement. Using moves learnt from various forms of yoga and pilates this class will leave you feeling refreshed and nimble.

Bootcamp style class in the gym using body weight and a variety of equipment including VIPR, Kettlebells and Slamballs. If you really want to improve your fitness, our instructors will help motivate you to achieve your goals.

Only 16 spaces available to use the performance room’s best Elieko equipment and lifting platform, squat racks and power equipment. This session is for anyone who loves using weights. Energia staff will be available to offer Olympic lifting sessions.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow is a vibrant practice that connects breath and postures together to create a fluidity in your movement. The continual flow of movement keeps the mind concentrated and helps develop strength and flexibility in the body.
This class is the essential body and mind experience. Our Yoga classes utilise a powerful mix of Astanga movements as well as more gentle Hatha stretches and relaxation techniques.
Shake your thing and get your heart pumping to the South American Latin rhythm and beat music. If you love dancing why not join the class and get fit at the same time. A class great for all levels.
