 FREE Spin bike classes in June:

Come along and try our new Matrix Fitness spin bikes for free in June. We have the following classes available for you to trial in Ethos studio; the open sessions will allow you to try out the bikes at your own leisure and the RIDE Series classes will be a high intensity, instructor led class. All you need is a basic gym and swim membership to have access to these free sessions and they will be available on a first come, first served basis so please arrive early to avoid disappointment! 

Open Spin Session:

RIDE Series: 

Saturday 15, 22 and 29 June: 10.00-10.30
