Enrolment for the summer intensive courses starts 27 March 2018
Courses meet either once or twice per week depending on the course (see programme timetable). Courses with only one weekly session cost half the price of those meeting twice per week. Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment (payment in installments is not available).
We operate three rate categories which are explained below. You must select your appropriate rate category at the time of booking.

|Category A @ 50% off||Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication current staff & current postgraduate students in our Centre's Science Communication unit, and to current undergraduates on an Imperial College 'Language for Science' degree programme (e.g. Chemistry with Spanish, Biochemistry with German, etc.).||Please email or ring extension 48756 before enrolling.|
|Category B||Applies to Imperial College alumni, Friends of Imperial College, all current non-Imperial College students and University of London staff, South Kensington museum staff (Victoria & Albert Museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum), Royal Geographical Society staff, Santander Bank staff (Imperial College Walkway branch only), Austrian Cultural Forum staff, staff at an Exhibition Road Cultural Group (aka Discover South Kensington) member organisation, Lycee Charles de Gaulle staff, and Historic Royal Palaces staff.||You must use an email address which clearly shows your affiliation (e.g. Imperial College alumni email address, UK educational email address, Lycee Charles de Gaulle, South Kensington museum email address, etc.). Alternatively, please email us a copy of your valid UK student or relevant staff card or a copy of your employment contract, etc. Friends of Imperial College please quote membership number. |For language-course applications, where applicable we strongly advise seeking level advice from the relevant language coordinator PRIOR to enrolment. Language Coordinator contact details can be found here.|
|You must read and accept our Evening Classes & Lunchtime Learning terms and conditions [pdf] as part of the enrolment process. The parental consent form mentioned in our policy on the enrolment of minors must be downloaded, completed and emailed to us by the parent or guardian at the time of enrolment.|
|Beginning 27 March 2018, applicants can enrol and pay for courses via the Imperial College eStore. Booking links are placed on the course-information page however please first read below instructions.|
Booking a place on your desired course is easy. Please go to the relevant course-information page and click on the blue booking link at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to the Imperial College eStore where the correct course type and rate category must be selected.
If you are a first-time eStore user you will need to create an account by typing in your email address and choosing a password. Your account can be reused for future bookings.
Below table explains the type, timing and content of the email notifications each applicant can expect to receive following enrolment.

Alternative ways to enrol
If you are able to use the internet to make payment with your debit or credit card, we welcome enrolments sent to us online. Applicants who cannot or do not wish to enrol & pay online please ring 020 7594 8756 for assistance.
Certificate of attendance
Students who have attended a minimum of 80% of the sessions are eligible for a certificate of attendance to be issued by the teacher in the final class. Certificates not collected in class are only stored in the Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication for a limited time, therefore if you want to collect your certificate please do so without delay.
Imperial College Business School (ICBS) postgraduates may be able to claim their course fee back from ICBS. Eligibility criteria should be checked directly with your ICBS Administrator as our Centre is not involved. You must, at any rate, enrol and pay for your course as normal in the first instance. If you qualify for an ICBS reimbursement you must present your payment confirmation and certificate of attendance to your ICBS Administrator after your course is finished.
