Would you like to learn British Sign Language?

An introduction to British Sign Language (BSL) for Able@Imperial & Imperial As One members

Disability History Month logoAs part of Disability History Month, Able@Imperial and Imperial As One have organised “An introduction to British Sign Language (BSL)” workshops.

The workshops will be led by Angel Louis, Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication, who will teach some basic BSL communication skills (e.g. your name, alphabet and generic words used daily).

By the end of the 4 one hour sessions, everyone should be able to sign to one another!

 

Please note there are a limited number of places available.

Date: Tuesdays

  > Workshop One – 8 December 2020

  > Workshop Two – 15 December 2020

  > Workshop Three – 5 January 2021

  > Workshop Four – 12 January 2021

Time: 2-3pm

Location: online Zoom classes (link will be sent to you before the first workshop)
