Improving the user experience

The aim of the this project is to transform the expenses process to make it simpler, clearer and more intuitive.


  • Raise user satisfaction with the expense claim process
  • Reduce the time spent by staff entering and approving expense claims
  • Submission of expense claims via mobile apps 
  • Provide reports/information that meet the needs of claimants, approvers, managers and external partners
  • Improve communication between central finance and College staff
