Post-ceremony departmental receptions are held on South Kensington Campus. Depending on the department, prizes may be handed out at the reception and some hold speeches. Light refreshments will be served at each reception; and are included in the ticket price. Receptions begin 15 minutes after each ceremony ends and last approximately 75 minutes.
The venue schedule and menu will be published closer to the event.
Graduand department reception tickets are complimentary, and guest department reception tickets cost £15 each. This is not a guest ceremony ticket; graduands purchase these tickets in addition to the Royal Albert Hall tickets. There will be no ticket sales on the day. Please note it is not possible to transfer departmemtal reception tickets between graduands and/or their guests.
