The nearest London Underground station is South Kensington on the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines. Imperial College London is a 10 minute walk from South Kensington.
The College is easily accessible by bus, please use the Transport for London Bus Route maps to plan your journey by bus.
Parking is severely restricted on campus and you are advised not to bring a car unless permission from the Graduation Team has been given. Overnight parking is not permitted and parking in the streets surrounding the College is pay and display or parking meters for limited time only.

London City Airport
Take the DLR train line to Canning Town, change to the London Underground and take the Jubilee line to Green Park and then the Piccadilly line to South Kensington.
There is a train called the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, change to the London Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington. The Piccadilly line goes directly from Heathrow Airport to South Kensington Station, this takes over an hour.
There is a train called the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, change to the London Underground and take the District or Circle line to South Kensington.
There is a train called the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station, change to the London Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington.
Taxis are not advised from the airports as all airports except from London City are outside of London.
