Pausing to reflect can help you avoid developing behaviours which can have a negative impact in the long term.

The Identify your Work Stressor Tool is the first of a two part process designed to assist you with a problem solving approach to your perception of how the work is contributing stress. By spending time working through the stress assessment, considering the relevance of recognised sources of work place stress to their situation, you will be in a position to better articulate your difficulties and may also have some ideas which will help to resolve them.
