Our Total Remuneration Package (TRP) for staff is a key component of realising the College’s strategic aim. The TRP is the overall package of pay, recognition, pensions and other benefits by which we compensate staff for their contributions to Imperial’s mission.
The College want to keep pace with the best, so we gather data on international comparators, which are used together with national benchmarks to assess how we are doing. The TRP sits within the wider work environment, including the College Values, Staff Networks, work-life balance, career development and space and infrastructure.
