Sickness Absence Drop-In Sessions for Managers
The Employee Relations team are currently working to support managers across Imperial College to manage sickness absence more effectively and will be holding Sickness Absence Drop-In Sessions to support managers.
The drop-in sessions are designed so that managers can discuss any high levels of sickness within their team and to get advice and guidance on how to manage this. Please bring along the relevant documentation and information so that a member of the ER team can assist with your concerns.
Dates: Sessions will be held on the first Friday of every month – next sessions below:
2019: 06 December
2020: 03 January, 07 February, 06 March, 03 April, 01 May, 05 June, 03 July, 07 August, 04 September, 02 October, 06 November, 04 December
Time: 10.00 – 12.00
Location: Behind the red screens, in front of the lifts, Level 3, Faculty Building
(a meeting room will be available for these one-on-one discussions).
