Welcome to the Staff Survey site!

 

Thank you to all staff for taking part in the 2017 Staff Survey.  The final response rate for the survey was 64% for the College as a whole – 4,935 staff, an increase of 4% from the 2014 Staff Survey. 

The results have been analysed and shared with Faculties, Departments and colleagues.  During June 2017 the Provost, Professor James Stirling, and the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Change, Louise Lindsay, carried out post staff survey roadshows at the South Kensington, Hammersmith, St Mary's and Silwood Park campuses to share and receive feedback on the College level results and to advise staff on the process to feed into action plans.  These roadshows will be repeated annually and dates have already been set for 2018.

Detailed analysis work on the survey data has been carried out over the past six months by the College centrally, and by Faculties and Departments at a local level.  Faculties and Departments have developed specific action plans to tackle any areas which need further investigation or improvement.

Chemistry with staff matters to Imperial and that’s why we took on board your input from 2014. Your feedback made many improvements possible, such as the introduction of Imperial Perks, more College resources to help staff manage pressure at work, and ‘Have Your Say’ campaigns to take action against discrimination.
