PROBLEM SOLVING FRAMEWORK:
There are three problem solving stages:
1. Define
the Problem. Once you have defined what the problem is, and what
the solution must achieve, you can then generate ideas. At this stage none
should be rejected no matter how improbable they might seem.
2. Identify the Solution. When you have decided on the most viable solution, you should begin to plan and organise how it should be implemented (please see the planning section of this website).
3. Review the Solution. Once your solution has been implemented, it should then be reviewed to ensure that it has satisfactorily met the necessary criteria.
