Booking process

To make a booking at the MTW Education Centre fill out the form below, please provide us with as much information as possible about your event.

We will process your enquiry within three working days.

To confirm a booking, we require a purchase order, or a letter of intent to pay.  Please note that we invoice post-event. 

Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to our terms and conditions (please see below).

We process all data in line with Imperial College London’s Data Protection Policy. We will only use the data you provide via this form for the purposes of processing and responding to your enquiry. If you have any queries you can contact NHLI Institute Admin (nhli-divisional-admin@imperial.ac.uk).

Terms and conditions

Hours of charge

The MTW Education Centre operational hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday. For bookings outside of these times, or if an event has an early start (prior to 09:00) or runs in to the evening (past 17:30), or if you plan on holding an evening drinks reception, there will be additional venue charges. 

Dress code

Imperial College has a policy on dress. Please familiarise yourself with all aspects that comprise the College Dress Code

Catering

Cookes Consolidated are the onsite caterers at the MTW Education Centre. They must be used to provide all refreshments throughout your event. 

Rates

Our response to your venue hire request and confirmation of booking will be based on the information you provide. Any deviation from the information you provide may result in a revised price for your event. 

Venue hire rates subject to change without prior notice.

The MTW Education Centre reserves the right to refuse bookings. 

 

Cancellation terms

  • Up to 6 months in advance: 10% charge
  • 3-6 months in advance: 25% charge
  • Less than 3 months in advance: 50% charge
  • Date changes: 10% charge
