Our mission is to sustain a unique portfolio of translational research in neuroscience and mental health.

The Division of Brain Sciences aligns our expertise and facilities on the refurbished Hammersmith campus to create a dynamic multidisciplinary research environment that addresses national priorities for life sciences and health.

Research groups

We aim to take discoveries from the bench in the labs straight to the bedside of patients. This is achieved through three main research themes (supported by five centres):
