The section below is a repository of funding opportunities, organised by “type of funding” and by “funder type”. Please contact us if the information your are looking for is not there.
The College and the Faculty also offer their own internal funding opportunities. Please visit our specific pages for more details:
- Faculty of Natural Sciences Strategic Research Funds (FSRF)
- Internal College opportunities (Research Office website)
We also recommend to check the Entreprise Funding opportunities website which is quarterly updated. This new resource lists funding opportunities for technology development or research with industry applications from research councils, companies and other organisations.
If you want to find out about the latest funding calls related to our Faculty, please read the monthly Funding Opportunities document. This document also includes COVID-19 funding calls.
See this page for guidance on research applications and awards. There are also links to a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) COVID-19 FAQs and funder guidance on the impact of Coronavirus on research funding. This is an evolving situation so please review this page and the funders' own webpages regularly for updates. The COVID-19 funder guidance list will be updated with funder information as and when it is received.
