Networking during Women's event

A fantastic opportunity to hear about the experiences of women in the workplace.

This informal, online careers event will give students the opportunity to meet inspirational women from a wide range of industries who are ready to answer your questions and tell you about how they carved their unique career pathways. This event will start with brief introductions, which will lead onto a chat-show style discussion followed by questions submitted by the audience.

Our inspiring female speakers will be from a range of STEM industries including:

  • A Facebook graduate who is a production engineer and the winner of Makers’ Women in Software Powerlist 2019
  • An Imperial College Centre for Environmental Policy academic who was recently the Chair for the CEP Athena Swan Committee
  • An Engineering graduate who works in industry with Skanska Engineering as well as becoming an ICE Future Leader

This event is organised by the Careers Service and will be co-hosted by Pria Pretheshan, ICU Gender Equality Officer and Becky Guppy, Careers Consultant from the Imperial Careers Service.
