AIESEC is a global organisation that transforms students into leaders by running an international exchange program.

IESEC is a 60 year-old global organisation that develops students and recent graduates into leaders by running and participating in an international exchange program.

Our aim is to empower other young people like us to develop their skills so that they can change the world for the better.

Work Abroad:
In 60 years AIESEC has created a global membership of 32,000 students and recent graduates; together we form the AIESEC network which you can connect to and use to drive your own experiences. By using AIESEC to discover new environments you will have an incredible experience; our programmes challenge and develop you and we provide you with the support network to thrive in these challenging situations.

The Leadership Tourmanent:
The Leadership Tournament brings together the students from the best universities in the UK to compete and demonstrate that they are the leaders of the future. It is your chance to walk the talk and actually demonstrate your leadership ability.

Careers Fairs:
This Autumn, the AIESEC Careers Fairs will be taking place at 14 of the UK's leading universities. Our fairs, currently in their 24th year, offer the chance to connect face to face with hundreds of international, national and local companies as well as charities, educational institutions and advisory agencies.

Join AIESEC:
When you join AIESEC we will explain what it is that we do and how you can get involved. You choose which area to get involved in and within a week or two you will have moved on to taking responsibility for whatever it is that you have chosen. That might be looking after marketing or networking, working with local students, writing press releases or supporting the members. You can attend national and/or international conferences and work with our partners to develop your skills and knowledge.
As you build your experience you can start leading your own team and/or go work abroad. We encourage all members to use the opportunities that are available to them in the global network! Working abroad is one of the most powerful experiences in AIESEC and when you return you will find out for yourself just how much you will have grown by overcoming the challenges of living and working in a different culture.

You will continue to develop your AIESEC experience during your time in university and even after you graduate there is still a whole world of opportunity available to you! Eventually you will reach a time when you are ready to move on and so you ‘Head into the Future’ and become an AIESEC alumni. As an alumni you are still in touch with your personal global network of friends and contacts and you will find that you have the skills, inspiration, knowledge and networks you need to have a positive impact in society.
