Procura is a Purchase to Pay Project (P2P) initiative, aiming to deliver optimised and sustainable way we procure goods and services in Imperial. 

Purpose & Vision of Procura

To enhance your buying experience with required compliance measures and making the Purchase to Pay journey efficient and standardised. The project envisages for Finance & Purchasing to become a centre of excellence (COE) for all Purchasing and Payment queries.

Objective of Procura

To guide staff towards the recommended channels of buying and the Project seeks to review existing infrastructure and enhance the existing processes.
