Summary
Head of Operational Improvement and facilitator using a wide range of techniques and experience to support university wide programmes, with an emphasis on College space sharing and usage. I have significant experience in front-line service leadership and learning / study space creation from my academic library background. Key skills include ' voice of the customer' consultation, process capture and review and Lego serious play facilitation.
