I edit the College newspaper Reporter, which is distributed to all the College campuses as well as individual subscribers every three weeks in term time.
The publication is primarily aimed at staff but is also of relevance to students (who also have their own newspaper, Felix) and external visitors and stakeholders.
Naturally, Reporter covers some of the amazing research that goes on at Imperial across Science, Engineering, Medicine and Business, which is made possible by the efforts of many staff - academics of course, but also support and administrative personnel.
We also look at how staff are innovating in terms of teaching methods and how the College and its Estate is run and maintained.
Before joining Imperial I worked as a journalist specialising in science and technology. Most notably, I served for two years at The Engineer magazine, one of the longest running trade publcations in the UK (established 1856).
