Summary

Summary

I am a cosmologist, and currently head of the Astrophysics Group in the Department of Physics.

Research Interests

Statistical Cosmology. Testing cosmological theories: Bayesian probability; Theory and analysis of fluctuations in the Cosmic Microwave background; Large Scale Structure; Statistics of the galaxy distribution and large scale flows. Theoretical Cosmology and Particle Astrophysics. Supermassive Black Holes in the centers of galaxies -- their detection and use as probes of the history of structure formation.

Projects

The Planck Surveyor Satellite .
